A: We give you a fair ten-day grace period after project completion to settle your full payment or any remaining balance.

PROCESS

Q: This is overwhelming. Where do I start?

A: We will guide you from the beginning until the end of your project and make sure everything is excellent. First, we will give you an accurate FREE estimate wherein we also briefly discuss your project. Then, we will set a time to provide you with all the processes. Once we reach the completion of the project, we will be doing an inspection to make sure that everything is done correctly. We will then provide you with all the necessary maintenance instructions and discuss the warranty’s terms and conditions. 

Q: Do you provide free estimates for my project?

A: Yes. To jumpstart your tiling journey, we do a FREE estimate. As partners, we will also talk about the overview of your project.

Q: How long are your estimates valid?

A: Tile installation or repair is not an overnight decision; thus, we give you ample time of 3 months for the validity of your estimate to think and decide for your tile project.

Q: After I get my free estimation, what are the next steps?

A: Start your tiling journey with these easy steps: Sign the estimation form and send it back to us. Once you receive a confirmation email from us, you will be advised to order the tiles. Right after that, we will provide you with pre-project instructions, and then we will go ahead and schedule the start of your project.

Q: How do I select my materials?

A: To ensure you have more designs, style options and to save you some time, we can direct you to the tile place.

WARRANTY

Q: Do you have any warranty?

A: Yes. Our warranty is the extension of our help to attend to any of your tile issues, given that it is within the terms and conditions.

Q: What if my tiles got broken within a year?

A: We always make sure that we work with excellent quality as your satisfaction is our primary concern. If, for some reason, your tiles broke within a year, just contact us, and we will be happy to help you out.

Q: What time do you usually install tiles?

A: We do our installation during business hours, that is 8:00 am – 5:30 pm. 

Q: How many days or hours does your installation take?

A: It varies per project. The more complex the design, style, layout, and the bigger the area we need to work on, the more time we need to accomplish it. This is to make sure we give you the best finish for your project.

Q: What preparation needs to be done from my end before the installation?

A: Pre-project instruction depends on the job. Our expert will provide you with some preparation instructions before your schedule your project

TILES

Q: What’s the difference between ceramic and porcelain tile?

A: They are both tiles and do the same job in general but ceramic and porcelain tiles differ in their durability. Just to give you a little background, one of the differences between a porcelain and ceramic tile is the water rate they absorb. Porcelain tiles absorb less than 0.5% of water whilst ceramic or non-porcelain tiles will absorb more. 

Q: Can floor tile be used on walls and vice versa?

A: Floors and walls have different needs for tiles; thus, not all ceramic tiles can be installed on floors. We can always provide you with other options.

Q: What adhesives do you use for your tiling?

A: We only use top-notch quality adhesives– Thinset and Mastik.

Q: Once installed, how long do I need to let the floor tile set before walking on it or using the space where it has been installed?

A: To ensure all the products and adhesives have set in, you need to wait 24 hours before you step on it.

Q: Are your tiles waterproof?

A: Yes. Porcelain tile is waterproof and durable.

A: Yes. Porcelain tile is scratch proof and low maintenance.
